• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains explicit adult content
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains spam or misleading information

5. Paisa Digital Currency

5.1 Paisa Basics

Paisa is AfghanG's digital currency (100 Paisa = $1 USD). You can earn Paisa through various activities on the platform, including content creation, community engagement, and participation in programs.

5.2 Earning and Usage

• Paisa can be earned through approved methods outlined in the app
• Paisa balance reflects in your account after verification
• AfghanG reserves the right to adjust or void Paisa earnings obtained through fraudulent means

5.3 Cash Withdrawal

• Cash withdrawal is currently available for US-based users only
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals
• AfghanG reserves the right to modify withdrawal terms

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect user information without consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate features

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by AfghanX Technology LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

• Inactivity for an extended period
• At our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFGHANG AND AFGHANX TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AfghanG, AfghanX Technology LLC, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
